PESTO OF LOROCO
It is an exotic orquidea flower. It has been lightened with extra virgin oil, a variety of seeds and cheese. Use it as condiment for any type of pasta: gnocci, fettuccine, tagliatelle, lasagna, ravioli or panserotti.
As a sauce for broiled meets and fish. Spread on warm toast, boiled potatoes, and tomato slices. Be creative, use it as a dip to crease your own personal recipies!

An exquisite pesto, aromatized with coriander leaves, extra virgin oil, a variety of seeds and cheese. Use it as a condiment for any type of pasta: gnocci, fettuccine, tagliatelle, lasagna, ravioli or panserotti. It´s also great as a sauce for broiled meets and fish.

ROSE OF JAMAICA DRESSING
This exquisite dressing is prepared with "Rose of Jamaica" an exotic flower that only grows in tropical forest of Central America. It is used in tea infusions and ancient Mayas used it for its medicinal properties.
Its light source taste, combined with extra virgin olive oil and other special spices, delivers and exotic flavour to salads, chicken and all class of meats, creating new plates with original own seal.
TAMARINDO DRESSING
Tamarindo is the pulp of the seed of a tropical fruit, well known in the legendary middle-east. Made into an exquisite bittersweet dressing, with vegetable oils, syrups and spices. It is great on salads, potatoes, rice, pork meat, fish, chicken and other meats. It can also be used as a Dip, creating wonderful and delicious dishes.
